The past 2 Easters in VA we celebrated with friends. This year, it was just our little family and Mark. So, I was in charge of preparing the Easter lunch. It was my first holiday meal, but I think it turned out pretty good. We had ham, Aunt Beth’s sweet potato casserole, garlic asparagus, salad, rolls, cranberry iced tea and for dessert, homemade apple pie :) And like all holiday meals, we had a ton of leftovers!

As you can see, he liked throwing them out of the basket almost as much (or more!) than putting them in the basket :)
