**Coupon didn’t double, but I didn’t notice until later and didn’t think it was enough to hassle over :)
Total of Transaction 2 before sales & coupons = $49.86
Total of Transaction 2 after sales, coupons, $15 Catalina from T1, tax & “green bags” –> $11.82, and the $15 didn’t print out, so I went to Customer Service and they just credited my card the $15 which is way better than having Farm Fresh money!
So total of the day before sales & coupons = $96.29
Total after everything (including the $15 credit) = $8.42! I mean get real! That’s a savings of $87.87 or 91%!!
TARGET DEALS…
Right now at Target, all the Halloween candy is 75% off, making everything SUPER cheap! If you think you need more candy, then head over for this great deal (it might even go cheaper the longer you wait). I know I said we only had 3 trick-or-treaters and a ton of left over candy, but it was all chocolate stuff and Luke really likes the fruity kinds (so I got him a present!). I thought I could use these chocolates for cookie baking since Thanksgiving/Christmas is coming up fast! Here’s a run down on the deals I got:
Original total = $75.44
Total after coupons & sale = $14.74!
Wow, now that’s a STEAL…That’s a savings of $60.70 or 80%!! I also noticed that I missed a Starburst/Skittles coupon where I could’ve saved $2 more. So make sure you stock up on your Target Qs before heading over for your deals!
That’s right, Harris Teeter has finally come to Williamsburg!! I am so excited :) Tonight was the grand opening, so Sara, Abby & I headed over there for some free samples!
This week they’re tripling coupons up to $0.99, which will make for some pretty sweet deals! Jenny over at Southern Savers made a great list of free and cheap deals…If there’s a HT near you, you might want to check it out!
My sister just posted these on Facebook, so I thought I’d post them here :)
My doctor cousin Jason busted out his stethoscope for us to hear baby boy’s heart beat!! It was pretty quiet though (ole Trix’s 51 year old ears didn’t work for her :) ), but Jen, Laura & I heard it!Here’s after Luke surprised me!
Here’s the Warner Fam at the dinner party.
And here’s Lukey reading to Lil’ A and Clarky before bedtime…he’s gonna be such a great daddy!
I don’t know if any of you enjoy some Starbucks Hot Chocolate during the cold days, well I decided to look for a copycat recipe since I’m a Money Saving Mom and all, and I think this one’s pretty good :) Ingredients:

Enjoy!
My dad posted on Facebook that they had 179 trick-or-treaters this year….well we had a whopping 3 kids, and they’re our next door neighbors. Looks like we’ll have a lot of candy to snack on for a while!
After we figured the trick-or-treaters were done, we headed over to Drew & Rachel’s house to hang out with them and their Austin buddies for the UT game (and some Ticket to Ride action).
Our pumpkins are kissing in this one ;) oooo ahhh
Luke and I decided to “do something fun and go to Taco Bell” (movie anyone) for some free Halloween tacos…gotta love the free food.
